im using freepbx 2.7.0.0

i configure ssmtp like mention here
im able to send mail from the command line but noting voice mail or fax are sent to email

any hint what to check

The new ‘default_tei’ field in the ‘/etc/pika/pikagp_aoh.cfg’ file will allow the TEI to be set when configured for ‘point-to-point’ mode.
